The Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable export legislation, including determining the correct classification of an item at the time of any onward export.
If any such service falls short of this standard, RS will, at its option, either re-provide the service or supply to the Customer free of charge a substitute product in place of the defectively serviced product.
RS shall not be liable to the Customer for any errors or omissions on the RS website, the RS catalogue or other product advertisement.
